PASTOR JOHN COLLINS: THIS IS MY OPINION

“If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.  Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place” (2 Chronicles 7:14-15, NKJV).

IT'S NOT ABOUT RACE, IT'S ABOUT GRACE-PASTOR JOHN COLLINS

There has been an increase in the media about racism, taking down statues of the history of the United States because it offends some people, demonstrations by the KKK on college campuses, shootings across the nation which now include two church shootings, the most recent in Sutherland Springs,Texas  more addictions and crimes from drugs, the list goes on and on.  Pastor John Collins has preached it before and continues to preach the same thing:  it’s not about RACE, it’s about grace.  Grace of the living God.  Grace of the sacrifice of the man who is Jesus.  Grace that saves ALL of us from ourselves, yet we continue to choose to continue to cling tight and hard to the world that we live in.  We don’t or won’t let go of our love and passions that do not come from God.

PASTOR JOHN COLLINS: THE LAND OF GREED AND MONEY

Are we paying attention to the unusually large hurricanes?  Are we noticing fires, floods, earthquakes in strange places, changes in weather?  Some do and say it’s “mother nature.” Some do and blame it on global warming.  Pastor John Collins has said it before and continues to say it over and over:  God is NOT happy with us.  The United States was meant to be the land of milk and honey for the Gentiles.  We’ve turned it into a land of greed and money, said also by Pastor John Collins.  When are we going to wake up?  When are we going to give in and recognize that there IS a living God, one who loves us unconditionally when all that is needed is to believe in Him?  Jesus preached over 2000 years ago that all it takes is a really small amount of faith, and God will take the rest in hand and teach us what we need to know.  We are so bent on being in control, in knowing everything, being right no matter what, and expecting immediate results when we do choose to pray.

God loves us, but He is darn sure disgusted with the way things are.

Pastor John Collins said:

“I find myself sitting here thinking out loud about society and its double standards and lack of reasoning and morals. I am going to strongly voice my opinion and will NOT engage in any comment war with anyone. Everyone has their right to opinion, so here is mine.

There are a lot of pastors on the pulpit preaching wrong. Not all pastors are wrong or bad, but many of them are. The ones that are NOT serving God are preaching hate and prosperity.

I have been called an outlaw preacher, a rebel preacher and many other names. Say whatever you want; however, I am God’s. I serve Him, NOT man!

We live in a country that was founded upon “In God We Trust”. Now, we have turned our backs on God, slapped him across the face and told him to leave!

We have all conformed to this world as the Bible has told us NOT to do by catering to sin. Those who are against sin, you are a racist, offensive, homophobic or violating peoples civil rights. What about MY rights as a Christian? Oh wait, that goes against society as well. If you follow God’s law, you are wrong in the human eye. Humans would rather you break God’s laws than man’s laws! What the hell is that all about!

The world is falling apart. God’s Wrath is here and it is going to get worse. People are more than willing to jump on any bandwagon that comes around. Meaning, we are so quick to join the latest fads, no matter how sinful they are.

The guy in South Carolina kills people inside of a church. There is no excuse for what he did, none! We blamed that on a flag? We took the flags off of the state capitols and out of some confederate cemeteries. On the other hand, radical Muslims are killing innocent children and adults. Do we ban their book? NO. Just like the flag, not all Muslims preach hate, nor support the ones that do. I have Muslim friends who are good people. I was born in the great state of North Carolina and I know a lot of people who have confederate flags. They were disgusted by what that moron did by shooting those innocent people in a church. Yet, we were more worried about a flag then we were about bringing in refugees. Now, again NOT all of the refugees are radical. However, what about the ones who are?

Some might say, why listen to me? I am a preacher who has been to prison. Yes I was, before I was a preacher. Many people have been to prison and then changed their lives. Also, many people in the Bible were imprisoned! If you have a problem with that, I pity you for judging. Unless you have walked in my shoes, you simply do not know who I am or what God has planned for me.

Our country is full of hate groups, for what reason? The New Black Panthers, the Nation of Islam, Radical Islam, some in Black Lives Matter, the KKK is still there as well as the White Supremacists, and David Duke is making headlines again.

This is not looking good for us Americans. If we do not work together and stop blaming each other, it’s over. We are right now, a country of hate. Not a country of God. We blame everyone but ourselves for what is going on.

Preachers use the bible to benefit themselves. To put money in their pockets and prosper off of God’s Word. This makes them sinful and those that follow, destined for hell. Politicians base their decisions by being politically correct because it is more popular and it is more beneficial to them. Heaven forbid we hurt some ones feelings by telling the truth.

I think that when Jesus was here, he could have cared less about being politically correct. Being politically correct will lead you to the pit of hell. If you decide that living by the flesh and all of its pleasures is your thing, good luck with that. When you close your eyes for the last time, just remember the word “oops”. That is what you will be saying as you are headed straight to hell.

The United States of America is united. Not by the love of God anymore, but by hate, greed, vanity, self-indulgence, to name a few. We are going to have to deal with God’s Wrath.

STOP blaming God and blame yourself. Turn it around, follow the bible, fellowship, and become a country of God once again.

It seems like everyone wants to fight for a cause. What better cause is there than to fight for God."

LOVE THAT CROSS, PASTOR JOHN

We are here by the grace of God.  Do we want to fight with each other, or do we want to be warriors for God?  We can make a choice to serve Him or serve ourselves.  One second after we die, it’s too late to change a blame thing in our lives that could have made a difference.  Preying on others’ weaknesses, taking advantage of those who have nothing, lying, greed, theft, anger, resentment, envy….all of it won’t get us into Heaven.  Yes, life is hard, yes, life hurts.  How we get through the harsh and the hurt is our choice:  we can either do it “on our own” or we can totally submit and give it to God.  Jesus will help us, but we have to first make our own sacrifice and give up the things that aren’t God’s.

As Pastor John Collins says, God’s Wrath is here.  It’s not getting any better; it’s been two years since the North Carolina shooting and now there’s been another in Texas.  What’s changed in the United States?  What’s changed in your life?  The time is now to make that change.

LETTER FROM GOD-BY PASTOR JOHN COLLINS, EVANGELIST

Pastor John Collins, evangelist, of Love That Cross Ministries continues to bring hope to us, bringing God back into lives that are missing hope.

Paul Harvey read a broadcast entitled “If I Were the Devil” in the 1960’s.  That particular broadcast is eerily still as accurate for today’s world as it was 50 years ago.  Pastor John Collins presented “A Letter From God  during a sermon that present God's point of view, calling us to come home to Him.

God really doesn’t want us to suffer, to be sad, to be lost, to be miserable.  He created us, His children for His pleasure, and it is His pleasure to give us good things.  He is a just God, and He doesn’t simply give everyone what they want when they want it.  He wants us to come to him willingly, by our choice.  He loves us whether we recognize Him or not.  He waits patiently for the time when we will turn to Him in love and faith.

Pastor John Collins tells us the truth about God, about Jesus Christ, about the scriptures and the Gospel and how we have fallen far from the Cross of salvation, deny the existence of God who loves us, who is just and who tests us to grow in faith in Him every day.  Each day is a test of our faith, and God waits for us to realize He is as real as the air we breathe and the ground we walk on.  He wants us to turn from hate, from despair, from the sadness that simply prevails in this world, to talk to Him in prayer, to learn to love Him with all our hearts, souls, minds and strengths.  He is our God, and He gives us chance after chance, forgiveness after forgiveness.

This is Pastor John Collins’ Letter from God:

LETTER FROM GOD

My Children,

My wounded and hurt children, what shall I say to you? I know that your hearts are broken and your spirits are defeated because I can feel your pain. I know that you are lost and weary because I can feel your confusion. I know that you are angry and bitter because I can feel your resentment. I know that you are distant and separated because I can feel your doubt. I know that you are above it all and feel that you are better than I because I can feel your pride.

I see you. I feel you. I created you. I have never forced My love on any of you, I have given it freely. I have never forced My Son on any of you, I offered Him freely.

I look down upon you and am saddened. I look down upon you and am angered. I have given you the truth and it is there within you, yet you ignore it. You have the free will to make your own choices and that is something that I have always honored and will always honor. As a Father, I want the best for My children and have sent so many along the way to guide you and to help you and yet they are rejected and killed.

You hate each other and you hate Me. You have stopped believing in Me and have turned away. What shall I say to you?

Are the skies not blue enough for you? Are the sun and the moon not enough light to guide your days and nights? Has the earth stopped yielding her fruit? Have the waters run dry? Have you stopped being able to have children of your own? Has the earth that I provided stopped doing what it was created to do? Is it not enough to have life and learn to do something precious with that life?

Why do you hate? What makes you doubt? What more do you want that has not been given?

Each one of you was not meant to live the same life as each other. But, each one of you was meant to live a life that will challenge you, enrich you and give you the opportunity to come back home to Me. Why do you despise what you have been given?

You desire to blame Me and you desire to discard Me. I look down and see the rape of children, men and women. I see the slaughter of innocents, the lust of people acting like animals, the pride and arrogance of the doomed. I see the betrayal, the lies, the death and the deception. I see the malice and greed of so many and I see too many that use Me to gain prestige and money. I see the ruin of so many and the ignorance of more.

You may be able to look around and take note of what I am saying, but what you can’t see is all. You can’t see into the depths of hell and feel the pain and regret. You can’t know the bliss of heaven and the beauty of the kingdom. You don’t seem to care that you are blessed with today while you yet have breath in your body.

I know that I do not ask too much. I know that My ways are right. I know that life may very well seem impossible and that is why I have given you My Son. I know the human heart because I created it and I know the challenges in life because I gave you life. Each of you has a choice to make and with all of My heart I hope you choose the right one.

My children, once again I ask you to not be taken in by the lure of the lusts of this world. As much as I love you, I will not force your love upon Me. I will always allow you to choose what you hold dear and will honor your choice. I can only hope that you wake to the truth that is in your heart, where I wait to embrace you. But, it is not only believing, my child, it is acting on that belief.

Do not let the terrors of this world keep you from your reward. Do not let illnesses and broken hearts keep you from loving one another. Do not let resentments and bitterness keep you from forgiveness and peace. Do not let hatred control your actions and do not let greed drive you. Do not let pride and vanity overtake you and do not accept the gifts of the world.

My children, come home to Me, come back to Me, come to My Son and seek His loving embrace.

Know that I love you and have not forgotten you nor forsaken you.

Love, God

LOVE THAT CROSS, PASTOR JOHN COLLINS

Pastor John Collins has been spreading the message that God wants us back for over ten years.

This world is a hard and harsh place to live and to do so without God makes us a hopeless people.  Thing is, it’s not necessary to live it alone.  God sent us Jesus to teach us through His actions and words.  Jesus taught us to love, to be like God, to be Christ-like.  We can’t be perfect, but Jesus and His sacrifice on the Cross for us makes us perfect in the eyes of God if we accept that They exist and are real.  It would be so much easier to live in a world where we let go of resentment and hate, of pride and vanity.  What people do to each other creates more of the same.  Wouldn’t it be better to create a good place to live, a peaceful place to live?

Salvation means being saved from condemnation after we leave this body.  Condemnation comes when we reject God and His love, His existence and the existence of Jesus.  Jesus saves us because we are not perfect and we can’t be perfect without Him.  God has done so much for us, yet the world continues to slap Him in the face with hate, resentment, lies, pride and ego.  We have to humble ourselves and admit that we are wrong, that we need Jesus, that we accept His offer of salvation, then truly admit that we regret what we’ve done-sin-and let Jesus and God work the wonders of salvation in us.  It’s that simple.  The alternative is a miserable life here followed by a miserable life in eternity.  One second after you die, you will know it’s too late to change anything.

God wants us, as many of us who will come to Him.  He is patient, forgiving, and loving.  He is just.

As Pastor John preached, God wants us back.  It’s time to bring Him back into our lives.
